Dr. Joumana Khalil

Founder & CEO

Dr. Khalil is a visionary leader in healthcare consulting, combining deep clinical expertise with strategic business acumen. She holds a Pharm.D. in Clinical Pharmacy from the Lebanese University and a Marketing degree from the American University of Beirut.

With over 20 years of experience in regulatory affairs, quality management, and policymaking, Dr. Khalil has held senior roles at global pharmaceutical and medical device leaders, including MSD, Sanofi, Stryker, and Philips. Her career has taken her across the UAE, France, and the Netherlands, where she successfully led international, high-performing teams.

In October 2025, Dr. Khalil launched Catalyst BioPartners, a life sciences consultancy dedicated to driving innovation and operational excellence across the Middle East, North Africa, and Europe. Fluent in Arabic, French, English, in addition to Dutch, she brings a truly global perspective to healthcare strategy and transformation.
